THE DIARY AND DEPOSITS

We know how frustrating it can be when you want to book a certain date for your next appointment and it isn’t available, so we just wanted to talk about it briefly.


We pride ourselves on running No Morals Tattoos for the convenience of our lovely clients, therefore if there is a date or time that you really want/need, and we can accommodate it, we will always stay late or start early for you; please don’t hesitate to ask us! We are also open 7 days a week, so fingers crossed there is a date that works for you.


When booking an appointment, to secure it, we do require a deposit. This can be paid via cash, bank transfer or card (which can also be done over the phone). We know money never goes as far as you wish it would and the middle of the month can feel like a bit of a countdown to pay day, so we are more than happy for appointments to be booked and a date given to leave a deposit. Our only stipulation is that the deposit is paid when you have agreed for it to be. We really hate having to chase up deposits, therefore if a deposit isn’t paid when promised, we will reschedule the appointment.



We will always provide an appointment card for every booking. Detailing the appointment date, time and deposit left.

We also know that cancellations happen; people get ill, work needs you in, emergencies occur and cars breakdown etc. We do have a 48-hour cancellation policy, meaning that a deposit will be lost if that notice period isn’t given; however, we aren’t horrible, so all of this is at the studio’s discretion.


The studio is our livelihood, passion and hobby all rolled into one, so if we aren’t given notice that you are unable to attend an appointment, and we don’t have the opportunity to fill it with another client, we don’t make any money. I know that sounds a bit dramatic, but we still must cover studio bills and overheads!


We do not take for granted that we have the most amazing clients, so are fortunate that the above rarely happens, I just wanted to give some background on why all appointments require deposits.


Everyone knows that I can talk for England, so in short:


- We are flexible, so please don’t hesitate to ask us if what you need falls outside of our opening hours.

- We do require deposits, but they can be left on an agreed date. Please just pay it on that date so we don’t have to chase, and potentially reschedule an appointment.

- Please try and give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule an appointment; we know this isn’t always possible.
